    Andrew Black

    Director of Golf, Andrew Black, joined Collier’s Reserve Country Club in 2021. He came to us from Burlingame Country Club, in Hillsborough, California. Founded in 1893, he served as their 8th Head Golf Professional from 2017 - 2021. Previously, he spent 9-years at Top 100, Mayacama Golf Club, in Santa Rosa, California located in Northern California’s wine country. Andrew grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia and is a graduate of Clemson University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, & Tourism Management and a Business Minor with the concentration area of Professional Golf Management. He is a TPI Certified Level 3 Golf Coach and thoroughly enjoys teaching the game to players of all abilities. Andrew is actively involved with PGA Magazine as they have published 6 of his best practices, and he has appeared in 6 different articles of their publication. Andrew has successfully mentored five Assistant Golf Professionals into Head Golf Professional positions and takes great pride in leading, recruiting, and coaching fellow staff members. He is on the Leadership Advisory Staff of Titleist & FootJoy and is a Titleist certified club fitter. He loves playing the game of golf with all members, and while not on the golf course, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog.

    Mike Phelan

    Head Golf Professional, Mike Phelan, has been a member of the Collier's Reserve Team since 2007. Prior to joining Collier's Reserve, Mike was the 1st Assistant Professional at Naples National Golf Club for 5 years, 1st Assistant Professional at Eagle Creek Country Club for 4 years, and an Assistant Professional at Wyndemere Country Club for 6 years. Mike began his career as a Golf Professional in 1988 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, while also spending two winters in Rancho Mirage, California at the Club at Morningside, moving to Naples in the fall of 1992. Mike is a native of Massachusetts and lives in Naples with his wife Sue and their son Connor.

    Patsy Doss

    Patsy Doss is a lifelong resident of Naples. She has been a merchandiser/buyer in Southwest Florida for over 30 years and has been Collier's Reserve's Merchandise Manager since 2012. Patsy is one of the inaugural members of the AGM (Association of Golf Merchandisers) and was also selected as the Private Country Club Merchandiser of the Year by the PGA in 2011. Her merchandise displays have been highlighted in trade publications and calendars. Patsy has been a guest speaker several times at FGCU as part of their Professional Golf Management program and was a featured guest speaker at the 2017 PGA Show in Orlando.
