Jose Pastrello, Director of Sports at Collier’s Reserve, was 2015 USPTA District Professional of the Year and is currently USPTA District President for Naples. Jose also serves on the USPTA National Education Committee and the USPTA National Testing Committee. As a nationally-ranked collegiate player, Jose brings a wealth of skills and competitive experiences to Collier’s Reserve. Under Jose’s diligent direction, the Collier’s Reserve Tennis Program is thriving with clinics, lessons, weekly round-robins, and highly competitive leagues for men, women, and mixed partners. In his capacity as an advisor to the Naples Pro League, Jose has also scheduled Pro League and Pro Exhibitions at Colliers Reserve.





Sara Ruganis, Fitness Manager at Collier’s Reserve, has her personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as her group certification from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Sara has certifications in TRX, Power Plate, Spin and Foam Rolling. She enjoys working with clients to reach their personal fitness goals including: overall wellness, nutrition, weight loss, and injury prevention. Sara comes to us from Treviso Bay where she was the Assistant Fitness Director; prior to that she was a personal trainer at Quail West. Sara loves to run and participates in several short races each year. In 2017, she plans to run two half marathons. When Sara is not in the gym she enjoys being outdoors taking nature walks, paddle boarding, hiking, biking and hanging at the pool with her family.







Juliane Callis, a graduate of Barron Collier High School and the University of Florida, is our new Sports Center Concierge. Juliane has a B.S. Degree in Telecommunications, Broadcast News, and a Minor in Psychology. Born in South Bend, Indiana, Juliane moved with her family to Illinois, then crossed the globe traveling the world, and lived in Singapore from 1977-1981. Juliane’s family moved to Naples in 1981. Spending summers in Northern Wisconsin, Juliane was a member of a competitive amateur water ski show team. After college, she moved to Chicago, Illinois, where she started a career in advertising/marketing. Juliane and her husband moved back to Naples in 2004 where they currently live with their three girls. Juliane is an avid tennis player, who also enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends.
