Nick was appointed General Manager of Collier's Reserve in January 2017, following an impressive tenure at CRCC. Starting as our Greens Superintendent in 2009, Nick expanded his role to become the Director of Golf Grounds and Building Maintenance. Prior to joining CRCC, Nick spent 13 years in golf course supervision at Elyria CC, Muirfield Village GC, Old Marsh GC, PGA West, Lost Tree Club, and the Ritz-Carlton Members Golf Club in Sarasota. While at the Ritz-Carlton, Nick oversaw the $32 million golf course construction and hired/trained the entire 32- person golf course maintenance staff. Moreover, in 2007, Nick participated in the coveted Ritz-Carlton Leadership Training program, which is recognized within the hospitality industry as the “gold standard” in professional training and service. He augmented this specialized training with a BS Degree in Finance in 2014 from Rasmussen College, and a Hospitality Management certification in 2016 from eCornell University. Nick served as President of the 350 member Everglades Golf Course Superintendents Association in 2014, and has numerous recognition awards in golf course maintenance and environmental leadership. He is a member of the Club Managers Association of America, and is working to achieve his Certification in Club Management. Nick lives in Naples with his wife Katelin and their 3-year-old son, Luke.
Dottie has an impressive twenty years of club management experience. Staring at Collier's Reserve in 1993, Dottie served as our Director of Member Services for four years before moving to Kensington Golf & Country Club where she served as the Membership Director. Dottie returned to Collier's Reserve where she is an integral part of our management and member services team.

Ellie received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of
Jose Pastrello, Director of Tennis at Collier’s Reserve, was 2015 USPTA District Professional of the Year and is currently USPTA District President for Naples. Jose also serves on the USPTA National Education Committee and the USPTA National Testing Committee. As a nationally-ranked collegiate player, Jose brings a wealth of skills and competitive experiences to Collier’s Reserve. Under Jose’s diligent direction, the Collier’s Reserve Tennis Program is thriving with clinics, lessons, weekly round-robins, and highly competitive leagues for men, women, and mixed partners. In his capacity as an advisor to the Naples Pro League, Jose has also scheduled Pro League and Pro Exhibitions at Colliers Reserve.
Chef Brian Lord joined Collier’s Reserve Country Club, as Executive Chef, in November of 2011. He has also held the position of Executive Chef at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, GA and The Summit Club in Birmingham, AL. He has also held positions at numerous Platinum Clubs on the East Coast. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. Brian has had the honor of hosting all styles of events from charity fundraisers to cooking for President George W. Bush. As a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation, Brian continually focuses on not only furthering his own education in both food and wine, but also those of the young culinarians who surround him.
Zeynel Aydin joined Collier’s Reserve Country Club in 2008 and has been promoted to Dining Room Manager. Zeynel comes to us with over 18 years of restaurant and hospitality experience as well as a bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Guidance. He previously served as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at a top-tier hotel in New Orleans and was also an Operation Assistant & Tour Leader in his home country. He lives in Naples with his wife Hidalia and daughter Angela.
Estefania graduated from the University of Salvador at Buenos Aires Argentina with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and a master’s degree in Event Planning. She has eleven years of event planning experience in both the hotel and private club industries where she has planned and executed many types of events ranging from 1,200 people galas to corporate dinners and weddings. Estefania’s passion is people which shows when she works with members to create truly memorable experiences.
